HKU MPA Programme 30th Anniversary Dinner

Loke Yew Hall, University of Hong Kong

 

Registration for the Dinner

 

1.    Please complete the Registration Form attached and mail it together with the Registration Fee to the General Office of the PPA Department. You may also fax this Form to 2858 3550 and send your cheque by mail or by hand separately.

 

2.    Registration fee should be paid by cheque (payable to HKU MPA Alumni Association) or in cash to General Office of the PPA Department

              MPAAA member:             HK$400.00 per person

              Non-MPAAA member:     HK$450.00 per person

 

* We are going to put on a slide-show of photos of wonderful MPA memories. We would be much appreciative if you could share with us any photos that you might have taken during your MPA study.

 

Notes

 

-        Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

-        Reservation by individuals will be grouped into tables on the sole discretion of the ticketing committee, although priority will be given to grouping graduates of the same year together.

-        Due to limited seats, priority would be given to MPAAA members.

-        All reservations are non-cancelable nor refundable.
